Return and Exchange Policy
You have 03 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if: The product is damaged, stained, defected, wrong or incomplete. The product/s must be unused in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
The product received does not match the size ordered.In case you receive an opened or unsealed box or packaging, please inform us immediately to avoid any claims.Provide all the required information to our representative, and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep or route you to the
nearest outlet for exchange purposes.
Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered. If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like to receive a different size,you can email us at mafzalgarments@gmail.com
Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exactcolor or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, thereforeproducts cannot be exchanged for this reason.
The policies listed above are applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan. Please be advised that fragrances are neither exchangeable nor returnable.

There might be cases where our customer support team will route you to the nearest M Afzal
Outlet for an exchange. Once our customer support team approves the return, you will be requested to send the parcel to: shop 50, M Afzal Garments, cooperative market, saddar, karachi. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt. During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
Yes, we do offer refunds.Customized and Make to Orders
Customized orders include alterations and make-to-measure products that CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement, you could send us pictorial evidence of the error in alterations, and we will try to fix the issue.
